You might be here because:
You feel overwhelmed, even when everything looks “fine” on the outside.
You keep finding yourself in the same emotional or relationship patterns.
You overthink, shut down, or feel disconnected from yourself or others.
You have difficulty understanding or expressing what you're feeling.
You're struggling with boundaries or relationships.
You've experienced something difficult that still affects you.
You're functioning well on the outside but feel anxious, exhausted, or unfulfilled underneath.
If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. These are some of the experiences I help clients explore in therapy.
Therapy That Looks Beneath the Surface
Therapy isn't just about managing symptoms or talking through what's happening.
It’s about helping your brain and body actually process what you’ve been carrying—so it stops showing up in your everyday life.
Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns underneath what you're experiencing so you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and create meaningful change.
My approach is integrative and collaborative. We'll work together to understand what you need and choose approaches that fit your goals, experiences, and pace.
Rather than simply managing symptoms, we'll explore what's underneath so patterns can begin to shift and you can move forward with greater clarity, choice, and connection.
Understanding Yourself Can Change How You Relate to Others
The way we relate to ourselves often shapes the way we relate to others.
Therapy can be a place to slow down, become more aware of your emotions and needs, recognize patterns, and explore new ways of responding and communicating.
Together, we can work toward:
Greater awareness of what you're feeling and needing
More confidence expressing yourself
Healthier boundaries
A deeper understanding of relationship patterns
More choice in how you respond rather than automatically reacting
Feeling more connected to yourself and the people who matter to you
An Approach Tailored to You
EMDR, IFS, AEDP, Gottman, Parts work, somatic, mindfulness, Gestalt…. oh my…. what does it all mean??There isn't one approach that works for everyone. My work is integrative and collaborative, drawing from different therapeutic approaches based on your needs, goals, and pace.
Depending on what you're experiencing, therapy may incorporate trauma-focused, attachment-based, experiential, somatic, or parts-based approaches.
These methods aren’t just techniques—they’re ways to help you experience real, lasting change.
The focus isn't on choosing a modality first. We'll start with you.

A Space Where You Can Be Yourself
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you're used to handling things on your own.
You don't need to have the right words, know exactly what's wrong, or have everything figured out before you begin.
I offer an authentic, compassionate, engaging, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself, heard, and supported.
I believe therapy should be collaborative. I'm not here to tell you who you should be or what you should do. Together, we'll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion and work toward the changes that matter to you.
You don't have to go it alone.
